ELEVEN DOZEN

ABSTRACT :: elevendozen is a 146-page collaborative book and exhibition created by the SWEAT Workshop in response to the graphic expression of a hammer. In this one week SWEAT workshop, held July 26-30, 2010, eleven graphic designers received twelve hammers (from the 100 Hammers Project) to explore an idea: What is the graphic expression of a hammer? The visual explorations in the book are the result of their questioning, responding and interpreting of their hammer.
